How to clean up not found a link on google webmaster

One way to remove broken links in blog posts is to remove "Not Found" is still indexed by google. Although we remove the dashboard of our blog accounts, usually still indexed on the search results (with certain keywords, especially on the title).

This condition is favorable to one side, namely the potential for traffic from search engines (although visits stray). On the other hand, this certainly is not good. Visitors do not find what they seek. In addition, the postings are finally identical with the broken links. To my knowledge, the existence of broken links on a blog would be difficult to increase PR (Page Rank) blog. In addition to unfavorable also from the usability (usefulness website / blog).

Therefore, it would not hurt us to minimize the broken link by deleting the post-post (from possibility to be indexed by google or in case of error not found).

1. Login first to your webmaster tools at http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools , Once successfully logged in, you will go to the dashboard page as follows, then click your blog site, see the picture below:

2. After you click, and then came the dashboard page and then look for the words "Not Found" contained in the Crawl Errors, see the picture below:
 3. So if there is a page error / broken from your blog, will show details such as the following (example from my blog), see the picture below:
 4. then look at the left side and click Site Configuration, then select the Crawler Access. see the picture below:
 5. Then appear Crawler Access page, and select Remove URL, see the picture below:
 6. Then you click New Removal Request, then enter the URL address that is not indexed (Not Found) by Google earlier and click Continue, see the picture below:
7. on the next page, on that page there are three reasons I remove the indexed links not found on your blog, select the "Remove the page from search results and cache" and click the box in the "The page returnsa 404/410, or has been blocked by robots.txt or a noindex meta tag" and click Submit Request see the picture below:
 8. Next, return to the Remove URLs and checks had Not Found a link address that you submit earlier with Pending status. Be patient until the webmaster processing your request, how long we waited I do not know because it is based on the policy of google webmaster himself.

I hope this tutorial is useful for those of you who have errors on the link on your website or blog. Thanks.
